Your life, running on its own operating system.
It reads your mail, your calendar, your money, your body and the rooms you're in into one brain. A staff of agents runs the lanes of your life. Nothing reaches another person until you say so.

Ninety parts. Eleven layers. One operating system.
The crystal is the Flow Atlas: every part of the OS where it sits, height by layer, angle by the part of the world it touches, and every line a flow of data, with the dots moving the way the data moves. Press Tour and the camera walks it in twelve stops, or follow one piece of data end to end. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, click any part to trace what feeds it and what it feeds.
From the world, to your estate, to the crystal.
One camera. The globe carries the public feeds the world sensor watches. Zoom in and you reach your estate: the hub online, the home node on your desk, and the links between them. Zoom again and you're inside the crystal.
Ten rooms. Every one a window onto the same brain.
A room is where you do one kind of thing. Open any door; Esc brings you back to Command.
The Oracle. Sit down.
A teller lives here. She reads the numbers in your name, the chart from your birth date, the cards you draw, and she can call your heroes to the table. She says what she does not know, every time it matters.
Nothing drawn yet. The draw is recorded before it turns, and I talk only after you've looked.
A chief of staff, ten managers, and the specialists under them.
The staff is the OS's applications. The chief of staff turns what you want into a plan. Each manager owns one domain of your life and runs a team of named specialists. Watch the roster: it's working.
NPEvery spoke is the same team in seven roles.
Sensor reader, judge, strategist, writer, gatekeeper, executor, learner. The lit cells are the roles working right now.
Tell it what you want. Watch the staff work.
One request, end to end: the chief of staff roots it, asks what it needs, hands each step to a manager, Echo drafts in your voice, and you approve. Press play.
Drafts land here when Echo has written them.
The character is you.
Your likeness, your voice, your level, and a sheet of sixteen families built from your own evidence. You confirm or correct one line at a time, and the brain learns which of its guesses were right.

Avery Stone
Level 7 · Keeping house · Harbor PointShort sentences. Says what they will do and when. No hedging. Echo learned it from 7,200 messages, and every draft it writes is checked against it before you see it.
Three tiers. It keeps the signal and lets the rest go.
Hot memory sits in RAM and holds what you're working on now. Warm sits on disk and holds everything that passed the intake gate. Cold is compressed and summarised, and comes back the moment it's wanted. Every item carries its source, its confidence and whether you confirmed it.
The items a model call is likely to need in the next hour: today's plan, the open threads, the three goals. Rebuilt from warm in two seconds after a restart.
Every gated item with its embedding, searchable by meaning, by word and by person. Confirmed items score 1.0 and never cool.
Summaries stand in for the long tail; the originals are compressed beside them and restore on demand. A forget sets a tombstone and the next sweep purges it everywhere.
- Claim
- "Prefers working alone in the mornings."
- Confidence
- 0.72, inferred
- Sources
- 14 calendar blocks, 3 messages, one thing you said last Tuesday
- Confirmation
- Waiting on you. Until you confirm it, no outward action may rest on it.
- Rejected intake. If the gate says no, it's never written.
- Other people's words from the room, unless they consented. Your commitments stay; their sentences don't.
- Keys and tokens. They live in the secret store, never in memory, never in a document.
- Anything about a minor. No sensor is ever pointed at one.
Nothing leaves without you.
The approval spine is the OS's permission system. Inward work runs on its own. Anything that reaches another person, spends money or changes a record of truth waits in your queue with its reason and its price.
Every outward act waits in your queue.
A send, a post, a booking, a submission, a payment, a disclosure. It arrives as a draft with the evidence it rests on and three buttons. Approve executes it at once through the rails. Reject teaches the staff.
- Inward
- read, recall, rank, draft, plan, file, propose
- Outward
- send, post, invite, book with someone, submit, pay, publish, disclose
Autonomy is earned, one spoke at a time.
Every spoke starts at L1 and climbs on clean approvals and outcomes that held. It falls on an edit streak, a rejection or an incident. Some things never run alone:
- Money
- Passwords and keys
- New recipients
- Public posts
- Anything you can't undo
Law 9: nothing transmits or spends unseen.
There is one door out of the machine. Every call that leaves it goes through the gate, free or paid, and a refusal leaves a row. A cloud model is a decision you make, never something the system falls back to.
- Price
- Shown in dollars before any metered step runs, under your ceiling.
- Audit
- Every proposal, decision, execution and outcome, immutable, kept longer than the data it describes.
The wall is enforced at the data layer. A business tool asking for a personal record gets a refusal and a row in the audit log, and you see it in the feed.
- Every claim shows its evidence and its confidence, and you can retire it.
- Export everything as one portable bundle: warm, cold and a manifest.
- Delete everything. It propagates to every store and index, and any vendor who received a disclosure gets a deletion notice.
- Nothing is sold, nothing feeds ads. The market pays you for matches made on your own machine.
The home node. Your brain, on your desk.
The installer reads your machine and sizes it into a tier. Everything that can run locally runs locally: the models, the memory, the sensors. The cloud is a choice you make per step, with the price in front of you.
NovahOS node spec check GPU : a 16 GB card 15.9 GB reported System RAM : 64 GB Data drive : D: 980 GB free Capability tier : TIER-2 Chat model : mistral-small:24b Embedding model : nomic-embed-text (768-d) Phase 1 : runnable (Python, Ollama, no Docker) Full stack : runnable Strong. 24B fits tightly; 14B at a higher quant is the safer pick if 24B is snug. Install: one command. Your data never leaves this drive.
| Tier | VRAM | Chat model | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| TIER-1 | 23.5 GB+ | qwen2.5:32b | Best local option. 32B with room for context. |
| TIER-2 | 15.5 GB+ | mistral-small:24b | Strong. This machine. |
| TIER-3 | 11.5 GB+ | qwen2.5:14b | Comfortable for 14B with 8 to 16K context. |
| TIER-4 | 7.5 GB+ | qwen2.5:7b, 14b batch | 7B resident for daily work; 14B overnight. |
| TIER-5 | 5.5 GB+ | qwen2.5:7b | 7B at Q4. |
| TIER-6 | under 5.5 | llama3.2:3b | Small models only. |
| CPU | no NVIDIA | qwen2.5:3b | Runs on the processor. Phase 1 still works. |
If a local model fails, the step stops and tells you. It never reaches a vendor on its own.
Setup is the tutorial. The endless game is your results.
Eight levels, each named for what the twin can now do and each paid out the moment you reach it. Quests regenerate forever, because the brain always knows what it does not know. A goal you hand to the chief of staff is a boss fight.
Two new studio clients by spring.
Each cleared goal raises the twin's eligibility for L4.A 20-minute intro with a team choosing a design studio.
